Continue a career in human resources combining my background in operations and project managment.

Graduation

I graduated in May 2005 from the MBA program of the Mendoza College of Business at the Univeristy of Notre Dame.  During my two years I took such electives as Corporate Strategy, Negotiations, Corporate Communication, Managing Innovation, Corporate Sustainability and Strategic Cost Analysis.  These were in addition to the core courses in Marketing, Economics, Accounting and Ethics.

Study Abroad Program

During the Fall 2004 semester I participated in the MBA Study Abroad program in Santiago, Chile in conjunction with the Universidad Alberto Hurtado.  I took courses such as International Ethics, Global Marketing, and Latin American Economic Development.  In addition, I took Spanish language classes to further my knowledge of the language.

MBA Internship

I worked during the summer of 2004 with Ford Motor Company in their Leadership, Executive, and Organization Development group.  The group functions as a part of the Human Resources team at Ford and focuses on the development of the company's middle and upper management team.
